Simply, if you wish to return an item for any reason or if you've had a change of mind, you could do so for all items bought on our website within Three (3) days of the date of purchase, so long as the item(s), any related accessories and/or tools and components – along with the Original Packaging - is in the original state and condition when purchased and received.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

To return an item please call our Customer Care Centre at +971 4 2564 551 (10 lines) to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number.

All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.

Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and factory packaging/seals or damaging the product in any way) and must be carefully re-packaged as received.

Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect, in a separate sheet of paper and attach it along with the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product's factory packing (carton) or product itself. The RMA number must be clearly written on the invoice copy.

Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 10 days from receiving the RMA number. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 10 days.

RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.

Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned in 'AS NEW' condition. (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and factory packaging/seals or damaging the product in any way) and must be carefully re-packaged as received.

Delivery charges for returning an item(s) are to be paid and are the responsibility of the customer.
