Easy Returns / Exchange Policy
Please read all conditions below. Kingsouq.com reserves the right to refuse a return / refund / exchange request.
Please make your claims for "damaged items on delivery" or missing items within 12 hours of receipt of merchandise.
If you decide to return your purchase with in 7 days of the receipt simply because you have Changed your Mind, we will process your request after deducting 15% of the invoice value (this is to compensate certain administrative and other expenses involving booking and cancellation - please bear with us). Please note the products should be in the same original condition and Kingsouq has all rights to reject any returns or exchanges if the product is not in the same original condition.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- To return an item please call our Customer Care Centre at +971 4 271 66 63 (10 lines) to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorisation) number.
- All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and factory packaging/seals or damaging the product in any way) and must be carefully re-packaged as received.
- Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect, in a separate sheet of paper and attach it along with the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product's factory packing (carton) or product itself. The RMA number must be clearly written on the invoice copy.
- Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 10 days from receiving the RMA number. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 10 days.
- RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
- Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned in 'AS NEW' condition. (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and factory packaging/seals or damaging the product in any way) and must be carefully re-packaged as received.
- Delivery charges for returning an item(s) are to be paid and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
